Delivery Celebration

It's so exciting to prepare for your Delivery Demonstration as we'll be celebrating the arrival of your Thermomix!  You will have fun with 2 or 3 interested friends, learning about how to care for your Thermomix. 

 

In addition, you will unlock a discounted host reward.  It will be an exciting 90 minute session in which you make your very first batch of vegetable stock paste and create a 3-course celebration meal.

 

Please let me know your selection from the options below and supply the ingredients for your and your guests.

Vegetable Stock Paste

You will need these simple ingredients and prepared as per the image below (no need to peel anything).  If you don't like a particular vegetable or can't have it for any reason, just leave it out or substitute with another vegetable (non-starchy option).

  • 200 g celery

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 zucchini

  • garlic

  • some fresh herbs if you have some (or dried)

  • 150g salt & a dash of olive oil

Mains

Grilled Chicken Breasts

Chicken (500g breast or thigh)

Edible Mushrooms

Vegetarian Option -
Field Mushrooms (500g) & garlic

Entrée

Select 1 option only

Mayonnaise in a green ceramic bowl.

Mayonnaise

  • 250 g grapeseed or ricebran oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 - 2 tsp mustard (optional)

  • 2 pinches ground black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

Herb and Garlic Dip

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 6 sprigs fresh parsley

  • 2 spring onions/shallots

  • 250 g cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt or 10-20 g milk (optional)

Brazillian Cheese Puffs

  • 70 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)

  • 160 g milk

  • 60 g grapeseed or coconut oil

  • 1 egg

  • 170 g arrowroot or tapioca flour

  • 1 tsp salt or vegetable stock paste

Coleslaw

  • 100 g carrot

  • 1 green apple

  • 50 g red onion

  • 200 g cabbage

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Beetroot Salad

  • 400 g raw beetroot, peeled and cut into quarters

  • 100 g carrot

  • ¼ red onion

  • 1 green apple

  • 2 - 3 sprigs fresh coriander

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 20 g lemon juice

  • 1 pinch salt

Quick Fruit Sorbet

  • 180 g raw sugar, to taste

  • 400 g fresh fruit (eg: oranges, strawberries, blueberries, etc)

  • 800 g ice cubes

Fruity Dream (soft serve fruit ice cream)

  • 60g - 80g sugar (or 2 frozen bananas for sugar free option)

  • 500g frozen fruit (e.g. strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, mangoes)

  • 1 egg white or 120g whipping cream
